We have a portfolio of property of varying types, including projects we have developed ourselves and investments we have acquired. We have substantial cash reserves and our interest is in projects of all types and sizes which we self finance. We are extremely successful in adding value to property.
We are a family owned group of companies and our decision makers are involved in the day to day running of the company meaning that quick decisions can be made. We also have an in-house legal team so we can complete acquisitions very quickly.
